We are with you every step of the way in three simple ways!
insurance Claims
After we do a free inspection of the roof, we will determine if it makes sense for the customer to open a claim with their insurance. If a claim is opened, we will meet with the customer's Insurance adjuster at the time of the Insurance inspection to advocate on behalf of the customer to get repairs paid for. From there, we will help the customer navigate the insurance process by reviewing their Insurance estimate with them, making recommendations for repairs, completing the repairs, and closing out the claim.
Insurance estimate
We also have an in-house Supplement Team whose sole job is to review the customer's Insurance estimate and fight for additional repairs to be paid by the Insurance if they were missed on the initial estimate. Additional repair items can include: correct pricing on roofing materials, extra roofing materials, fascia or soffits, painting/staining, window screens, fencing, interior damage, etc. The Supplement Team will work with the Insurance directly to negotiate back and forth for the items that are rightfully owed to the customer. If the Insurance company is not willing to comply with the Supplement Team we also work closely with 3rd party Appraisers and Public Adjusters who are state licensed to fight with Insurance Companies on the customer's behalf, a step above General Contractors.

About 30-40% of customer Insurance claim checks will include the customer's Mortgage Company as an additional payee, requiring a signature endorsement. We will work with the customer to speed up this process by requesting they contact their Mortgage Company as soon as they receive their claim check, helping them fill out any necessary paperwork required by the Mortgage Company, and overnighting the check to the Mortgage Company to speed up the return delivery. This will ensure proper procedure and help complete repairs as soon as possible.
